I'm here!

It's been awhile ! Apparently nothing too exciting has been going on. Today we sold our Xterra to a qualified person. (I was attached to the Xterra so I felt like the buyer had to be worthy enough to buy it...) Of course we have been trying to sell our other SUV for forever, but I listed the Xterra on Sunday and 1 day later we have a buyer and 3 days later, it's gone. So take it as fate that we were supposed to get rid of the Xterra and keep the Rover. Makes sense I suppose with a growing family, we needed a bigger vehicle anyway!
I heard your cry's to see the brick wallpaper so here's a couple pic's. They don't do it justice. You will all have to come over and check it out for yourself, then let me know what you think!

We got crazy over the weekend...

Before I talk about what we did this weekend, I thought I would post two of the layouts that I have completed. (yes they are done and I am not going to play with them anymore!)

This weekend we decided to put up wallpaper...OLD SCHOOL I know!! But it was actually kinda of thrilling oddly enough!
In prep. for Lily, we decided to put Bensen in Asher's room to see if they can handle sharing a room. We wanted to change it up a bit in there so we said goodbye to the Buzz Lightyear stuff except for the Buzz Lightyear Blue color on his one wall. As I was researching what would be fun to do in their room, I came across some pictures of boys rooms that have "brick" on the walls. So I researched brick wallpaper, found some and up it went. I have taken down enough wallpaper in the past that I sworn I would never put it in my house, but it's up, and Gosh it looks good!!

The boys have hung out in the same room for 3 nights now and so far nights are fine. Nap time is another story. They have really enjoyed waking up in the mornings and seeing each other. They constantly keep Cory and I busy. We never knew we could experience so much love for two little boys...

Thursday's post...and computer problems

Not much has been going on this week. I did a digital layout with this adorable picture of Bensen and I will be posting it soon. I just have to make the finishing touches and then it will be posted. Cory and I are trying to get my computer that my bro-in law Paul built for me up and going, but we have been having some issues. So I am stuck working on the laptop. It is so slow, I want to throw it out the window...but I haven't. Somehow I exercise serious self-control.

We have had wonderful weather the last few days! It's really only in the low 50's but people are out in T's and flip flops already. (Me- Flip Flops yes, T's no...pregnant or not I'm always cold!)

Check back soon. I will be posting my first, second, and third Digital Scrapbook pages in the next few days!

I'm working on it...

Here I am creating my own blog!! (Cory would be so proud...) It's taken awhile and I've had such a great time catching up with everyone else on their blog the last couple of weeks, that it's my turn to give back a little!

OK-so update on our lives...
I have jumped right into the Digital Scrapbooking Underworld and whoa is it Super! I have so much fun downloading free stuff that I've only created 2 pages so far...but I can't create pages w/o the free stuff right??? Thanks to Bree for the instruction and for the inspiration! She has such talent!

Cory, is still working from home, and is loving it. (So do we!) We love being able to see him everyday for lunch and having him home right at 5 everyday! Who wouldn't?! (Oh and he has lent a helping hand on my photoshop challenged skills...he is amazing w/ PS and knows everything about it)

Asher, is enjoying preschool and is reading so well I'm nervous about Kindergarten...I'm hoping his attention span will hold out until they get reading next year. He is amazingly smart and has a hilarous vocabulary!! Wish I could remember what he said the other day, when I do I'll post it!

Bensen, is my little sidekick! He's such a momma's boy! He is starting to say quite a bit and enjoys playing American Gladiators with his bro and dad.

Baby Lily, is around 25 1/2 weeks now and is at that hiccup stage...if you've never been pregnant those little darlings get the hiccups just about every 30 min it seems and yes I always experience them with her!
Life is great, and it is so fab. to have time again-I just love my FAM!

Gotta run more later...
